RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTEST.
(Under Resolution of Intention No. 184.)
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim did, on the 10th day of September, 1925 pass its Resolution
of Intention No. 184 to order certain work to be done and improve-
ment to be made in said City consisting of the installation of
ornamental street lights, which Resolution of Intention is hereby
l espressly referred to for further particulars
AND WHEREAS, certain owners of property liable
to be assessed for said work made written protests or objections
! writing and delivered the same to the clerk not later than the
I
;hour set for hearing such objections.
AND WHEREAS, at the time set for hearing protests
l r objed.tions said Board of Trustees proceeded to hear the same,
l and all of said protests or objections having been heard and. duly
considered, and said Board of Trustees being required to pass upon
1 he same, it is hereby

1 RESOLVED, by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim that all of the said protests and objections against

1 1said proposed work or improvement be, and the same are hereby over -

'ruled and denied.
22 IT IS HEREBY FURTHER RESOLVED, by said Board of

23J rustees that it appearing to it, it accordingly hereby finds,
241 hat said owners so making protests against said work proposed to
25 °:fie ordered as aforesaid are less than one -half of the owners of
26 roperty to be assessed for the proposed work.
