Mayor Aitkin and Councilmembers,
I am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed Festival development.
My primary concern is the high fire danger in this area. INcreasing residential densi ty in a hi gh-risk fire zone creates a
significant safety threat,, especially regarding emergency evacuation routes and the added strain on our fi re services.
I urge you to prioritize the safety of residents.
