06/11/1925-057a z W W 0 Vlz� 3oa = U = a z a � �t.. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8i I 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 ,19 20 21 22 23 24 E 25 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM: RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THA��N AS, the bid of the plain Dealer for publishing ofnadver icing of the City of Anaheim has been heretofore accepted in part; and WHEREAS, said plain Dealer was on may 28th, 1925 advised by letter by the City Attorney that ' a contract for said advertising was prepared and was ready for execution by said Plain Dealer, and WHEREAS, said contract has not been signed by said plain Dealer, nor has said plain Dealer entered into any other contract with said City for said advertising, and WHEREAS, more than ten days have expired since the award of said contract; NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby declared, that said plain Dealer has failed and refused to enter into a contract with the City of Anaheim for said advertising, and that the check � of said bidder for the sum of $50.00 , which accompanied said bid is hereby declared forfeited to the City of Anaheim.
