Is ands, the acquisition, construction and completion of a certain
nunicipal improvement by the City of Anaheim, to-witt The wqui-
3ition, oaastrUction and completion of a power plant for supplying,1
alectrioity for acid City and ita inhabitmts for purposes of 1, gh
aeat and power, consisting of extending and remodeling a certain
municipal building in ,aid City for the housing of !mohinery and
equipment of said parer plant, the acquisition and installation of
engines, and engine auxilaries to operate electric generators, and
the acquisition and inst.allation of electric generators, exciters,
switch boards and auxilaries for supplying electricity for said Cit
and its inhabitants for purpose of li&it,heat and power,
The acquisition, oonstruction and completion of said
ioipal improvement Is w cessary and convenient in order to carry
out the objects, purposes and powers of the City of Anaheim in pro
viding for the health and colrXort of the citizens of said City.
The cost of said municipal improvement is estimated to
be the sum of Two Hundred Forty Thouaand ($240,000,00) Dollars, an
is and will 'be too great to be paid out of the ordinary annual in-
come and revenue of said City of Anaheim.
