7 1HEREAS, a general municipal election was held and con-
ducted in the City of Anaheim, on Monday, the 14th day of April,
1924, as required by law,.and
THEREAS, it appears that notice of said election was
duly and legally given, that voting precincts were properly
established for said election, that election officers were
appointed and, election supplies furnished, and that in all re-
spects said election was held and conducted, and the votes cast
thereat received and canvasced., and. returns thereof made and. de-
clared, in the time, form and. manner as required by the laws of
the State of California, governing elections in cities of the
sixth class, and.
