RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM:
SECTION 1. That whereas, on the 24th day of April,
1924, said Board of Trustees, by resolution, rejected all bids
and proposals for furnishing to said City of Anaheim, of one
motor oar, in accordance with the specifications therefore
adopted by said Board of Trustees, by resolution, on the 27th
day of March, 1924, and which said specifications are on file
in the office of the City Clerk of said city.
SECTION 2, NOW, THEREFORE,, the Board of Trustees of
the City of Anaheim, does hereby declare and determine that,
in its opinion said motor car may be furnished at a lower price
in the open' market, and it is hereby ordered and resolved
that said motor car be purchased in the open market as provided
by law.
The foregoing resolution is signed, approved and
attested by me this 8 day of May, 1924.
