IN THE MATTER OF OLOSING HP AND ABANDONING AN 18 -FOOT ALLEY IV
THE SCENIC TRACT, AND AL30 THE OPENING AND EXTENDING OF A 15-
FOOT ALLEY IN SAID SCENTO TRAIT.
RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRT13TEES OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM:
That whereas, the Board of Trustees of the pity of
Anaheim did on the 28th day of December, 1922, pass and adopt
its Resolution of Intention No. 169, entitled "A Resolution of
the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim declaring its inten-
tion to order the closing up and abandoning of an 18 -foot alley
running northerly and southerly through the Scenic Tract and ex-
tending from the northerly property line of West La Veen Street
to the Southerly property line of West La Palma Street, and the
opening and extending of a 15 -foot alley through Lots 1 and 2,
Scenic Tract, from the northerly property line of West La Verne
Street to the northerly line of said Lot 2, the easterly line of
said 15 -foot alley being 109.16 feet at right angles westerly
from and parallel to the westerly line of North Lemon Street"
and
Whereas, thereafter the Street Superintendent did
cause notices of said contemplated work or improvement to be
published and posted, as required by law, and
Whereas, thereafter on the 27th day of January, 1923,
being within the time provided by law, F. R. Roberts and J. H.
Powell, interested persons, filed their written objections to
said contemplated work or improvement, and
Whereas, said written objections were at the next
meeting of the said Board bf Trustees laid before said Board.

Vow, Therefore, said Board of Trustees does hereby
fix Friday, the 23itd day of February, 1923, at the hour of

2 of said city, at Room One,in the Masonic Temple Building, at
3 i loo. 255 East Center Street, in the City of Anaheim, California,
4 I as the time and place for hearing said objections.
5 jj The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim is hereby
6 directed to notify said objectors of the time and place of said
hearing by depositing notices thereof in the United States post -
8 office in the City of Anaheim, postage prepaid thereon, addressed
to said objectors.
