RESOLVED, by the Roard of Trustees of the city of
Anahe ir-:
SEITION 1. That the Public interest and convenience

require and that it is the intention of the Roard of Trustees of
the City of Anaheim to order the following described street work
to be done in said city, to -wit:
That that certain 20 -foot alley running northerly and
southerly through a portion of Block "A ", Oenter Tract, as shown
in a map recorded in Rook 14, Page 13, Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, ^alifornia, from the notherly property line
of Fast 'Broadway, produced easterly across said alley, to the
southerly line of the northerly alley running easterly and
westerly through said Block "A ", produced easterly across said
alley, be graded t o the official ,grade and paved , hydraulic
concrete.
Said work shall be done in accordance with the plans,
Profiles and specifications therefor, which s aid plans and pro-
files were adopted by the Roard of Trustees of the City of
Anaheim on the 6th day of October, 1922, and are marked "No. 9"
and are marked and designated "Plan of proposed improvement on
that certain northerly and southerly alley in Block "A ", renter
Tract, Anaheim, raiifornia," and are on file in the office of
the City Engineer of said city, and which said specifications
were adopted by the Roard of Trustees of the City of Anaheim 1r
resolution, on the 8th day of September, 1921, and which said

specifications are marked and designated "Specification too. 27
for the construction of street having with hydraulic concrete,
in the l ity of Anaheim, California," which said specifications
are on file in the office o-f the pity Ilerk of the city of
Anaheim.
3QTICM ?. Notice is hereby given that on Thursday,
the 26th day of October, 1922, at the hour of 8 o'clock F.V.,
at the chamber of the Roard of Trustees of the pity of Anaheim,
in Room 1 of the Masonic Temple Building, at No. 255 Fast ^enter
Street, in the City of Anaheim, ralifornia, any and all persons
having objections to the pro -posed work or irr_mroverment may appear
before the Board of Trustees of the lity of Anaheim, and show
cause why said proposed. Tvork and inr_rovement should not be
out
carried /in accordance with this resolution.
SECTION 3. The Orange county 'lain Dealer is hereby
designated as the newspaper printed, published and circulated
in said city, in which this Resolution of Intention shall be
published.
The City Clerk of the City of Anaheim is hereby direct— I
ed to publish this resolution by two successive insertions in
said newspaper and to post the same for two days conspicuously
on or near the chamber door of the Board of 'trustees of the said
C ity of A.nahe im .
The Street 3unerintendent shall immediately cause to
be conspicuously posted along the line of said contemplated work
or improvement at not more than three hundred feet in distance
at)art, notices of the passage of this Resolution of Intention
in the manner and form required by lair.
All of the herein proposed work and improvergent and
all proceedings taken in regard thereto shall be in pursuance of
and in accordance -with an Act of the Legislature of the State of

streets., avenues, lanes, alleys, courts, places and sidewalks
within municipalities, and upon - Prorerty and rirrh of way owned
by municipalities, and for establishing and changing the grades
of any such streets, avenues, lanes, alleys, courts, daces and
sidewalks, and providinr for the issuance and ?payment of street
improver.ent bonds to represent certain assessments for the cost
thereof and providing a m.thod for the payment of such bonds,"
approved April 7 1911, and all acts amendatory thereof.
The foregoing Resolution of Intention is signed,
approved and attested by me this 6th day of October, 1922.
