IV THE MATTER OF LAYTVG nTTT AND OPEVING OF A 15-FOOT ALLEY FROM
THE SOUTHERLY LIVE OF LOT 8 AND LnT 9, BLOCK "A" VILLA. TRACT,
TO THE NORTHERLY LTNF OF LOT 7 AND LOT 10, IV SAID BLOCK "A"
IN SAID CITY.
Resolution Deterroining that the Poard of Trustees
has acquired jurisdiction to order the doing of the work.
Whereas, the Poard of Trustees of the lity of Anaheim
did, on the 13th day of July, 1922, pass and adopt its Resolu-
tion of Intention No. 160 to order the following described
street work to be done in said City, to-wit:
That a 15-foot alley be laid out and opened in said
City from the southerly line of Lot 8 and Lot 9 of Block "A"
in the Villa Tract to the northerly line of Lot 7 and Lot 10
in said Rlock "A" in said City, and
Whereas, after the ado of said Resolution of
Intention, the Street Superintendent of said City did cause to
be conspicuously posted along the said line of said contemplat-
ed worlc cr improvement, at the tire, in the manner Lan(I in the
form provided by law, notice of the passage of said Resolution
of Intention No. 160, as will more fully appear fron the
affidavit of 0. F. Steward, on file in the of-rice of the City
Clerk of the said City, and
Whereas, said Street Superintendent did, at the time
abd in the manner required by law, cause a notice similar in
substance to be published for a 'neriod of not less than ten
days in the Orange County Plain Dealer, a newsraper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, as
will more fully appear from the affidavit of R. W. Ernest, on
file in - -he office of the city Clerk of said City, and
Whereas, no person or persons interested in said work
or improvement did thereafter make written objection to the
same in the manner reqi_)ired by law,, or otherwise,

of the City of Anaheim:
Section 1. That all acts and things required by law
to be done to vest said Board of Trustees with jurisdiction to
order the doing of said work have been done and complied with.
Section 2. That said Board of Trustees does hereby
find and determine that it has acquired jurisdiction to order
the doing of said work in accordance with said Resolution of
Intention No. 160.
The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and
