IV SAID CITY FROM THE NORTHERLY LINE OF WEST NORTH STREET TO A
POINT THREE HUNDRED THIRTY AND SEVENTY -FIVE HUNDREDTHS (330.75)
FEET NORTHERLY THEREFROM; ALSO FROM THE NORTH LINE OF WEST LA
PALMA AVENUE TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF NORTH LOS ANGELES STREET.
Resolution Determining that the Board of Trustees has
acquired jurisdiction to order the doing of the work.
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim
did, on the 37th day of July, 1922, pass and adopt its Resolu-
tion of Intention No. 162 to order the following described
street work to be done in said City, to -exit: That North Zeyn
Street in said City be opened and extended from the northerly
line of West North Street to a point three hundred thirty and
seventy -five hundredths (330.75) feet northerly therefrom; also
from the north line of West La Palma Avenue to the southerly
line of North Los Angeles Street, and
Whereas, after the adoption of said Resolution of
Intention, the Street Superintendent of said City did cause to
be conspicuously posted along; the said line of said contemplat-
ed work or improvement, at the time, in the manner and in the
form provided by law, notice of the passage of said Resolution
of Intention No. 162, as will more fully appear from the
affidavit of 0. F. Steward, on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the said City, and
Whereas, said Street Superintendent did, at the time
and in the manner required by law, cause a notice similar in
substance to be published for a reriod of not less than ten
days in the grange County Plain Dealer, a newspaper of general
circulation, printed, published and circulated in said City, as
will more fully appear from the affidavit of R. W. Ernest, on
file in the office of the City Clerk of said City, and
Whereas, no person or persons interested in said work
or improvement did thereafter Make written objection to the

1 same, in the manner required by law, or otherwise,
2 Now Therefore Be It Resolved by the 'Board of Trustees
3 of the City of Anaheim:
4 Section 1. That all acts and things required by law
5 to be done to vest said Board of Trustees with jurisdiction to-
6 order the doing of said work have been done and complied with.
7 Section 2. That said Board of Trustees does hereby
8 find and determine that it has acquired jurisdiction to order
9 the doing of said work in accordance with said Resolution of
10 Intention No. 162.
11 The foregoing Resolution is signed, approved and
12
attested by me this i4 day of September, 1922.
