RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY 01' ANAHEIM.

RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim,

that pursuant and subject to all the terms, conditions and pro-
4
visions of the Public Health Act, of the State of California,
5
approved March 23, 1911, and all amendments thereto, application
6
by this municipal corporation be made to the State Board of
7
Health, of the State of California, for a permit to discharge
8
into the Pacific Ocean, near the mo uth of the Santa Ixa River,
9
10 partially clarified sewage; that the President of the Board of
Trustees of *aid city be and he is hereby authorized and dir-
11
12 ected to cause the necessary data to be prepared, and investi-
13 gations to be made, and in the name of said city, in conjunc-
titan with the City of Santa Ana, California, to sign and file
14
such application with the said State Board of Health, it being
15
16 understood that all ex of the investigation to be made
1
17 under the supervision of and hearings to be held by said State
18 Board of Health shall be borne and paid as they accrue by this
19 city, in conjunction with the City off Santa Ana, California, as
provided in Section 3 of said Public Health Act,
20
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Board of Tras-
21
tees of the City of Anaheim, on the day of September,
22
1921.
