26th day of March, 1914, pe.ss and adopt its resolution of intention
130. 115 to order the following street work to be done in said cit~r,
towit;

publication of said Resolution of Intent3:an No. 115, certain own-
ers of property liable to be assessed for said work made a writ-
ten protest against the proposed wo rk; end
y~~REAS ~,t the newt regular meeting of the Board of Trustees
of said City of Anaheim after the e~pir~tion of the time ~rtithin
which protests may be so made, said Bos of Trustees proceeded

to hear and pass upon said protest, end .having duly considered
the same, i t i s here ,:
RE80ZVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of ~,naheim that
the written protest against said proposed work be end the same is
