My understanding is that the following important facts were not considered prior to the 3/3 festival apartment project vote.
- Inland Empire (IE) and Yorba Linda commuters use east Anaheim hills roads as "undocumented" shortcuts. Also 91 freeway from Lake View to
Santa Ana Canyon road. This was not factored into their assessment.
- Impacts to already high insurance premiums and renewals due to the area being already labeled “high risk”.
