Hello Council,
Since you KNOW there is a major evacuation bottleneck in Eas t Anaheim Hills , s o much s o that you ordered a s tudy of the evacuation area (which has NOT been
completed), the ONLY res pons ible vote you can make is to NOT approve the Festival apartment project. This project needs a complete review & , traffic s tudy, and
rehearing.
Voting yes means you are KNOWINGLY endangering thous ands of your citizens. Your top res ponsibility is to firs t ‘do no harm’ to your citizens . Vote NO.
