Dear board members, city officials and fellow residents,
I have been a proud resident of East Anaheim for 21 years. I am writing to expr ess my str ong oppositi on to the
proposed apartment building project currently under consideration.
Whi l e I understand the need for grow th, this development raises serious concerns about the negati ve i mpact i t
w ould have on our community. Increased traffic congestion, already strai ned infrastr ucture, and added pressure
on parki ng, schools, and emergency services are just a few of the challenges this project w ould bring. Our
neighborhood w as not designed to support this level of density, and such a change could si gni fi cantl y affect the
quality of life for long-time residents.
Additi onal l y, this project risks altering the character and safety of our community. East Anahei m has l ong been
val ued for its stability and sense of neighborhood, and this proposal threatens to disr upt that balance.
I respectful l y urge the board to carefully consider these concerns and the voi ces of resi dents w ho have invested
decades i nto this community. Please do not move forw ard w ith this proj ect w ithout fully addressi ng its long-
term impacts.
