I wanted to touch in a few things I still can not seem to get an answer on and also touch on district 3 that might need assistance as well in her area. We’re here to help each other. Our streets are absolute gridlock daily. As time goes on our streets are the entrance to the IE that will already get worse as we have seen. We have not addressed our neighboring cities as they use same streets we do to evacuate. In the last meeting there was a city rep who commented on our wide streets with shoulders I’ll be honest that does not exist here. I would like you to address a current problem before we create another. Our emergency personal Can not respond several hours of the day without delay. We have people creating additional lanes on freeway and driving backwards off the on-ramps. In a fire situation in any other district you could escape on foot not here in the hills the last wind in early March blew out windows in panda across the way and a neighboring home. Not so funny story in my last condo off Serrano I used to sleep on the closet floor as the entire place shook and it was commen to loose glass in the wind and the force and noise is terrible. In our last fire I was hit with a fire tornado and crawled on the ground to get back feeling around for a handle to escape smoke at my home. I will attach the daily traffic that does not move and even now in the event of any situation we’re in big trouble you can’t move traffic that’s locked up for hours. This is around 3/4:00 during week but starts around noon goes till 11 pm at times. We share same streets as the entire IE traffic and YL as well as VP and OPA, what are your coordination efforts with them as Anaheim can not act independently on this? Last picture was during a fire no one moves at all we’re not talking traffic we’re talking stuck in cars. The traffic above was 20 or so lights to let a few cars through each time because freeway and traffic through to YL was also complete stopped. We are becoming the bottleneck that gets trapped most hours of the day we can not add to this situation. Please help us fix this then we can look at developments or in other locations like off lakeview that adds places but does not add to the situation or put peoples lives at risk or ruin quality of life, also that still lets paramedics access us when needed. Again this is a multiple city problem and we need to address it as such.
