Subject:[EXTERNAL] Opposition to 447-Unit Apartment Project in Anaheim Hills

I strongly oppose the construction of the proposed 447-unit apartment project in our Anaheim Hills community. This development is not
appropriate for our neighborhood and will place a serious strain on our roads, safety, and overall quality of life.
Adding hundreds of new units will bring an estimated 700–900 additional vehicles, worsening already congested traffic and creating dangerous
conditions especially during emergencies. Past evacuations have already taken hours; increasing density at this scale puts residents at real risk.
Our infrastructure was not designed to support a project of this magnitude. This is about protecting the safety, well-being, and character of our
community.
I respectfully urge the City Council to listen to its residents and oppose the construction of this apartment project in Anaheim Hills.
