You must in good conscience vote NO on the 447 Unit Apartment Complex at Anaheim Hills Festival Center.
Wildfire danger and safe evacuation must take priority over moving forward with this project.
Unfortunately, Anaheim Hills does not have the existing road infrastructure to safely handle the additional vehicles that would need to evacuate
during the next fire emergency.
Do not let Anaheim Hills residents be the next Maui fire tragedy!! Vote No on this project.

Anaheim Hills resident since 1997
I and my family have evacuated 3 times due to wildfire. We had homes burn down on Morningstar Drive in our neighborhood.
In the Anaheim Hills area, homes on
Morningstar Drive were primarily destroyed during the Freeway Complex Fire i n November 2008.
At least five homes in the 600 block of Morningstar Drive burned to the ground when the firestorm raced uphill and overtook the
neighborhood.
