A resolutian declaring it to be the intention of the

Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, to arder cement side-
walks, cement curbs and cerrient alley crossings to be constructed
on certain portions of South Leman Street, Test Braadway Street,
"~opeka ,Street, and Atchinson Streeter in said City.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Anaheim, State of Cali-
fornia,do hereby resolve an:~ declare that the public interest and
convenience req~iire,un3 that it is the intention of the said
$aard of Trustees to order the following work to be done, ta,wit:
1. That a cement sidewalk five feet in rridth,and a cement clzrb

Street; that two cement alieY crossings 13 feet in width be con-
structed on the East side of said Topeka Street,between Chartres
and Center Streets t'rxe center line of one of said crossings bQing;
