I support people being able to own about 4-6 hens, no rooster with 5ft setback from property line, or a reasonable number like 30ft from a
house/residential dwelling. Chickens are wonderful animals that provide eggs and fertilizer for the gardens. They don't make loud noises at night
like a barking dog. They are entertaining and enriching. As long as people maintain their yard like how they pick up after a dog, chickens are not
dirty and stinky as people believe.
