A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH WILLIAM MAUCH,
WITH REFERENCE TO OPERATION OF THE PEARSON
PARK SHUFFLEBOARD COURTS.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim desires to secure the
services of a Court Attendant having as his primary duty the
operation of the Pearson Park Shuffleboard Courts; and
WHEREAS, William Mauch has offered to perform said
services for the sum of $20.00 per month, plus the total proceeds
resulting from the use of the Pearson Park Shuffleboard Courts,
upon the terms and conditions and for the period set forth in a
form of agreement this day submitted to the City Council to be
made and entered into, as of r.1ay 17, 1973, between the City and
said William Mauch; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be to the
advantage of the City to secure the services of said William Mauch
as Court Attendant, and that said agreement should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the agreement this day submitted to the
City Council to be made and entered into, as of May 17, 1973,
between the City of Anaheim and William Mauch, providing for the
employment of said William Mauch to render services to the City as
such Court Attendant, for the period and upon the. terms and condi-
tions and for the compensation set forth in said agreement, be,
and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorized to execute said agreement for and
on behalf of the city of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
