A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAPiliIM APPROVING AN N1ENDMENT
TO THE GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS ~J~END-
MENT },-1O. 125 f EXHIBIT i1A. II
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City
of fulaheim did hold a pUblic hearing to consider an amendment
to the Streets and Circulation Element, proposed extension of
Fairmont Boulevard, south from La Palma Avenue to Canyon Rim
Road; relocation of Access Point No.9; establishment of a
new Access Point No. 9A; and provision of local street circu-
lation patterns -thereto, and at said hearing did receive
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
tiHEREAS, following said hearing, the City Planning
Commission did duly adopt its Resolution No. PC.73-60 contain-
ing a report of its findings, a summary of the evidence
presented at said hearing, and a recommendation that said amend-
ment to the General Plan, designated as Amendment No. 125,
Exhibit nAil be adopted by the City Council; and
t~EREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, summary of
evidence, report of findings, and recommendation of the Planning
Commission, the City Council did fix the 1st day of May, 1973
as the time, and the Council Chambers as the place for a public
hearing upon said proposed Amendment No. 125 to the General Plan;
and did give notice thereof in the manner and as provided by law;
and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such public
hearing, and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and
did thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission; and
~~EREAS, the City Council does find and determine
that Amendment No. 125 to the General Plan concerning the proposed
extension of Fairmont Boulevard, south from La Palma Avenue to
Canyon Rim Road; relocation of Access Point No. 9; establis~~ent
of a new Access Point No. 9At and provision of local street
circulation patterns thereto, in accordance '\tlith Exhibit "Ail
on file in the City Planning Division, should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 125 to the General Plan,
proposed extension of Fairmont Boulevard south to Canyon Rim
Road; relocation of Access Point No.9; establishment of a new
Access Point No. 9A, and provisions of local street circulation
na tterns, in accordance with Exhibit II A" on file in the City
Planning Division, be and the same is hereby approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED ~~at the Planning Division
be and it is hereby instructed to amend the General Plan Map
to conform to General Plan Amendment No. 125, Exhibit dA"
herein approved.
