A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR
HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service
Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5 of the
Government Code, in connection with a request for vacation and
abandonment of several public utility easements located north
of Cerritos, west of Knott Avenue, lying within a portion of
proposed Tract No. 8204, in the City of Anaheim, more fully
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention
to vacate, abandon and close to public use those certain ease-
ments located north of Cerritos, west of Knott Avenue, lying
within a portion of proposed Tract No, 8204, in the City of
Anaheim, for public utility purposes, as they may relate to
the following described property;
Those certain public utility easements located in
the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, state of
California, lying within a portion of the Northeast
quarter of Section 22, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, S.B,B. & M., described as follows:
PARCEL ONE: That certain easement described in
deed recorded April 26, 1948 in Book 1755, page
224, Official Records of said Orange County.
PARCEL TWO: That certain easement described in
deed recorded January 2, 1958 in Book 4153, pages
294 and 295, Official Records of said Orange County.
PARCEL THREE: That certain easement recorded
December 5, 1949 in Book 1935, page 362, Official
Records of said Orange County.
PARCEL FOUR; That certain easement described in
deed recorded August 30, 1950 in Book 2064, pages
310 and 311, Official Records of said Orange County.
PARCEL FIVE: That certain easement described in
deed recorded November 16, 1950 in Book 2102, page
489, Official Records of said Orange County.
and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Public
Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5
of the Government Code. .

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and place for
hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed
vacation and abandonment has been fixed on the 22nd day of
January., 1974 , ';It 1: 30 0' clock P.M.. in the Council
Chamber in the City Hall 1n the City of Anahe1m.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the
Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 26th day of December, 1973.
