RESOLUTION NO. 73R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TEffi1S AND CONDITIONS
OF AN ENCROACE}lliNT PEPMIT AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID ENCROACH-
~lliNT PEm1IT WITH MAX E. ill~D ~~RION E. GROUSS~1AN,

WHEREAS, MAX E. GROUSSMAIJ and 1-1ARION E. GROUSSJYIAN,
husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Licensees, are
the owners of property in the City of Anaheim over which the
City owns a public utility easement; and
liJaEREAS, Licensees wish to utilize subject area for
the purpose of allowing corner of their existing residence to
encroach 0.55 feet into easement of the City; and
WHEREAS, unless Licensees are allowed to encroach
upon the easement of the City, an extreme and undue hardship
will be caused to them; and
~VHEREAS, the proposed encroachment for such installa-
tion across a portion of the easement of City will not inter-
fere with the present use of the easement by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions of a license
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Max E. and Marion E.
Groussman be, and the same are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that tile Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are authorized to execute said license agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 30th day of October, 1973.
