Anaheim city council and city staff,
Please be aware that the surveillance systems being out in by city’s with Flock or with ALPR are not secure, violate our
rights, and will be used by bad actors like ICE to hunt down Californians. Do not violate our rights to “prevent crime”
because the crime will already have been commi?ed against all of us, and we have not voted to give up our rights this
way. What Anaheim does affects all the OC because of the businesses and entertainment located in the city. Please do
not con?nue down an expensive and mistaken path of illegal surveillance.
