A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF A CONVEYANCE THEREOF.
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim is the owner of the
hereinafter described real property; and
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer needed
for municipal purposes; and
WHEREAS, the U- Stow -It Development Corp., a
California Corporation, has expressed an interest in the pur-
chase of said property; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is for the
benefit and best interests of the City of Anaheim to sell and
convey said real property upon the terms and conditions herein-
after set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it does hereby offer to sell to
U- Stow -It Development Corp., the following described real
property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, to wit:
That portion of Lot 1 in Block 10 of the Golden State
Tract, as per map recorded in Book 4, pages 66 and 67,
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence
N 16° 00' 02" W along the westerly line of said Lot 1,
255.09 feet; thence N 41° 51' 27" E, 137.01 feet to the
true point of beginning; thence S 78° 54' 04" E, 36.11
feet; thence S 52° 37' 47" E, 168.67 feet; thence N 49°
20' 47" E, 60.00 feet; thence N 28° 40' 40" W, 168.67
feet; thence N 5° 0' 02" W, 38.58 feet; thence S 49°
30' 52" W, 130.17 feet to the true point of beginning.
for the sum of $4,000.00 cash, lawful money of the United States
upon the following terms and conditions:
1. That said real property be sold and conveyed sub-
ject to all covenants, conditions and restrictions, rights,
rights -of -way and easements of record.
2. That in the event Purchaser desires a policy of
title insurance, all costs of said title insurance shall be
borne by the Purchaser.
3. That U- Stow -It Development Corp. acquire the
adjacent property (as described in Variance No. 2485) prior to
transfer of title of the property hereinbefore described.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to execute a deed
conveying to U-Stow-It Development Corp., a California cor-
poration, the real property hereinbefore described upon
payment of the full purchase price and compliance with item
3 above.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and she is hereby authorized and directed to certify a copy of
this resolution and cause the same to be attached to the deed
to be executed on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 5th day of Februa 19'14.
