90-425 RESOLUTION NO. 90R-~25
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH VARIANCE NO. 3912 AND DECLARING
RESOLUTION NO. 89R-178 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 3912 on
May 9, 1989, by Resolution No. 89R-178; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of said
Variance for the reason it is no longer needed; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Variance No. 3912 be, and the same is hereby, terminated and that
Resolution No. 89R-178 be declared null and void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of December, 1990.
