1974-313WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by Resolution No. 74R -110, adopt the State Beach, Park, Recrea-
tional and Historical Facilities Bond Act of 1974 Priority Plan
of Expenditures; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim desires
to amend the above referenced Priority Plan of Expenditures to al-
low flexibility in the establishment of park facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Priority Plan of
Expenditures for Park Purposes be amended to include two additional
park sites; to wit, Schweitzer Park and Riverdale Park.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and is
hereby, directed to transmit this resolution to the Board of Super-
visors of the County of Orange for ratification.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of June, 1974.
