1975-276WHEREAS, heretofore, by resolution, the City Council
of the City of Anaheim has adopted a Master Plan of Drainage;
and
WHEREAS, S S Contruction Company has tendered to the
City of Anaheim an Interim Agreement which has been reviewed and
approved by the Office of the City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
enter into such Reimbursement Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the
City of Anaheim that certain Interim Reimbursement Agreement with
S S Construction Company dated the 16th day of May, 1975.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 3rd day of June, 1975.
