A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR
HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation
Act of 1941 in connection with a request for vacation and
abandonment of a portion of dedicated roadway, commonly known
as Coronado Street, lying between Grove and Jefferson Street,
in the City of Anaheim, more fully hereinafter described, sub-
ject to the following conditions:
1. That all of said roadway that lies within Parcel
One be abandoned, and that a public utility and
drainage easement together with all reasonable
rights of ingress and egress over, under, across
and along the easterly 26 feet, more or less, be
reserved.
2. That all of said roadway that lies within Parcel
Two be abandoned, and that a public utility and
drainage easement together with all reasonable
rights of ingress and egress be reserved over,
under, across and along all of said Parcel Two.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use that portion of dedi-
cated roadway, commonly known as Coronado Street, lying between
Grove and Jefferson Street, as it may relate to the following
described property:
That portion of dedicated roadway, commonly known as
Coronado Street, lying within the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, to be abandoned,
described as follows:
A strip of land 30.00 feet in width
and adjoining the southerly line of
Subdivision as shown on a map filed
Record of Surveys, in the office of
of said Orange County.
Excepting therefrom any portion thereof recorded January
13, 1975 in Book 11322, page 70, Official Records.
Reserving therefrom an easement for public utility and
drainage purposes over, along, under and across to-
gether with all reasonable rights of ingress and egress,
all that portion lying from 26 feet, more or less, west
of the westerly right of way line of Tustin Avenue,
easterly to an intersection with a line parallel with
and 45 feet westerly of the centerline of Jefferson Street
and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1941, subject to the conditions hereinabove
stated.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and place for
hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed
vacation and abandonment has been fixed on the 22nd day of
April 1975, at 2 :30 o'clock P.M. in the Council Chamber
in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this Resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the
Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed
published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 25th day of March, 1975.
