A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION
TO VACATE CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND
FIXING A DATE FOR HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
has elected to proceed under the provisions of the Public
Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article
5 of the Government Code, in connection with a request for
vacation and abandonment of a portion of an existing public
utility easement located west of the Santa Ana Freeway, south
of Ball Road, in the City of Anaheim, more fully hereinafter
described, and subject to:
1. The applicant will relocate that portion of the water
line which would encroach under the proposed building
at no cost to the City of Anaheim.
2. The relocation of said water line will be accomplished
to the satisfaction and approval of the City of Anaheim
Water Division, and dedicate easement to accommodate
new location of water line.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention
to vacate, abandon and close to public use that portion of
an existing public utility easement located west of the
Santa Ana Freeway, south of Ball Road, in the City of Anaheim,
for public utility purposes as it may relate to the following
described property, to wit:
That portion of an existing public utility easement 15
feet wide to be encroached upon, located in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
That certain 15 -foot wide public utility easement
described as a reservation in Resolution No. 63R -390
recorded July 7, 1964, in Book 7123, pages 189
through 193, Official Records of said Orange County,
to be encroached upon, said area of encroachment is
more particularly shown on the map attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Public
Service Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Article 5,
of the Government Code, subject to the above described
conditions.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and place for
hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed
vacation and abandonment has been fixed on the 11th day of
February 1975, at 2:30 o'clock P.M. in the Council
Chamber in the City Hall in the City of Anaheim.

AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk
shall certify to the passage of this resolution and shall
cause the same to be published in a manner prescribed by law
in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation,
printed, published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
me this 21st day of January, 1975.
