A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR
HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisions of the Public Service
Easement Vacation Law, Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2,
Article 5 of the Government Code Sec. 50430 et seq . ) in con-
nection with a request to vacate and abandon a portion of a
public utility easement located west of Sunkist Street, south
of South Street, in the City of Anaheim, and more particularly
hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use said portion of a public
utility easement located west of Sunkist Street, south of South
Street, in the City of Anaheim, and more particularly described
as follows, to wit:
That portion of anexisting public utty easement
located in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State
of California, as described in Parcel TW30 of the deed
recorded January 28, 19641 in Book 6301, page 688, Offi-
cial Records, to be abandoned,, described as:
The southerly 100 feet of the westerly 5 feet of the
easterly 462 feet of the Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
13, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as per map recorded in
Book 51, page 7, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
County.
and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Public
Service Easement Vacation Law,, Title 5, Division 1, Part 1,
Chapter 2, Article 5 of the Government Code (Sec. 50430 et seq.).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and place for hear-
ing all persons interested in or objecting t,6 the proposed vaca-
tion and abandonment has been fixed on the 13th day of
April 1976, at 2:30 o'clock P.M.—Un—ItThie Council

AND BE IT FURTHER RE -SOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in a manner prescribed •y law in t e
Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
