1976-092RESOLUT103N N10. 76R-92 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANIAHEIM, GlItANTING VARI-A-110E O. 2769. WHEREAS, after a request for variance by David and Lillian Dow, owners, was received, a public hearing before the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice, a result. of which Variance No. 2769 was granted covering the following described property: The land referred to in this report is situated in the State of California, County of Orange, and is described as follows: Lots 3 and 4 in Block A of Tract No. 13, as per map recorded in book 9, page 12, 14iscellaneous =zaps, in the office of the county recorder of said county. EX-CEPTINC3 T1EEFE'F:P1.OM the North 21-6 feet of tile West 404.62 feet, (said distances being measured to she -center 'Line of the streets adjoining on the North and on the West). ALSO EXCEPT the most Northerly 66 feet of said land as grant -ed to the State of California in deed re- corded in book 4185, page 76, official Records. WHEREAS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law, an interested Darty or the City Council, on its own motion, caused the review of said Planninq Commission action at a public hearing noticed and held as Prescribe,by 'Law and, as a result thereof, the City Council does hereby make the following findings: 1. That there are special circumstances app llcable to the property including size, shape, topography, location or surround- ings,-ifhich do not apply to other proDerty under identical zoning classification in the vicinitv. 2.
