WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 2598
on June 2-17. 1974r by Resolution No. 74R-300; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has requested termination of
said variance for the reason it is no longer needed.
LVOT?, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that Variance No. 2598 be, and the same is hereby, terminated
and-thai: Resolution No. 74R-300 be declared hull and void.
THE FOREGOING RE-SO9.,UTI-011-T is approved and sianed by
this 17th day of February, 1976.
