1976-006RESOLUTION NO. 76R-6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1583 - WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a request for a conditional use permit from, John Priem -t owner of the following described property: Lots 11 2, 3 and 4 of Tract 2701, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in book 115, pages 5 and 6, Miscellaneous Maps, records of orange County, California. AND WHEREAS, the City public hearing at the City Hall said request on December 8 -_ r w public hearing were duly givena visions of Title 18, Chapter 18. and Planning Commission did hold a in the City of Anaheim upon 19 75 , notices of which said s required by law and the pro - 76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, inves- tigation and studies made by itself and in its behalf and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, did adopt its Resolution No. PC75-251 _r nvincr Conditional Use Permit No. _13_&3_ and WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty-two days from the date of the adoption of said resolution, the city Council did elect, upon its own motion, to review the action of the City Planning commission in denying said conditional use permit and did thereupon fix the 6th day of _JgLnp 19 76 , as the time and the Council Chamber in the City Hall -1- of the City of Anaheim as the place for a public hearing upon said conditional use permit, and notices of such public hearing were duly given as required by law and the provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public hearing, the City Council did duly hold and conduct such hear- ing and did,give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council does find, after careful consideration of the recommendations of the City Planning Commission and all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, that Conditional Use Permit No. 15a3 should be denied, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the<City_of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Commis- sion denying Conditional Use.Permit No. 1583 be, and the same is hereby _ sustained . , and that the request of John Priem, owner, to permit business activity limited to persons 18 years of age or older is hereby denied. -THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and sig by me this 6th day of January ) 19 zi - ATTEST: eZe CITY CLERK OF THEITY OF ANAKEI FAL JR; fm W, a • • RESOLUTION NO. 76R-6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO. 1583 .
