A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING NEW RATES OF COMPENSATION
FOR SELECTED PART-TIME CLASSES, AND AMENDING
PORTIONS OF RESOLUTION. NO. 75R-104.
WHEREAS, the Personnel Director has recommended in a staff
report dated December 31, 1975 that the rates of compensation for
selected part-time classes be adjusted, and
WHEREAS, the need exists to amend portions of Resolution
No. 75R-104 which established rates of compensation for part time
job classes, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
establishing new rates of compensation for these job classes is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Resolution No. 75R-104 be amended as follows:
Section 1
That the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees
of the City of Anaheim who are now employed, or will in the future be
employed in any of the classifications listed below, shall be allocated
to salary schedules as follows:

Section 2
The letters "P/T" preceding a schedule number indicate that
employees working in that job class are part-time and are not covered
by overtime or upgrade provisions.
Section-3
The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for
employees working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this Resolution
shall be computed as provided in Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and
Payday, and Personnel Rule 6, Premium Pay.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution No, 75R-104 shall remain in full force and effect, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Reso-
lution shall be the 26th day of December, 1975.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed. by me this
