A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUINCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AMENDING CONDITION NO. 1 OF RESO-
LUTION NO. 67R-310 IN RECLASSIFICATION NO.
66-67-61.
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of May, 1967, the City Council
did pass its Resolution No. 67R-310 granting Reclassification No.
66-67-61 subject to certain conditions; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the applicant and the City
to amend said Resolution No. 67R-310 by changing Condition No. 1
thereof; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds it is in the best inter-
est of the City to amend Condition No. 1 to read as follows:
"l a. That dedication shall be made to the City of Anaheim
on all streets in the area hereinbefore described, except on Has -
ter Street between Katella Avenue and Manchester Avenue, Manchester
Avenue between :aster Street and Katella Avenue, and Katella Avenue
between Manchester Avenue and Easter Street, according to the Cir-
culation Element of the General Plan -Highway Rights-of-way, prior
to the adoption of the ordinance rezoning the property in the area.
b. That the owner(s) of property along Haster Street be-
tween Katella Avenue and Manchester Avenue shall deed to the City
of Anaheim a strip of land parallel to and forty-five (45) feet in
width from the centerline of the street in a straight line from the
south boundary to the north boundary of subject property, prior to
the adoption of the ordinance rezoning the property.
c. That the owner(s) of property along raster Street be-
tween Katella Avenue and Manchester Avenue, Manchester Avenue
between Easter Street and Katella Avenue, and Katella Avenue be-
tween Manchester Avenue and Haster Street shall comply with all
site development standards of the "C-R" C01,94ERCIAL RECREATION ZONE
at the time the property is developed; provided, ho-wrever, that de-
velopment shall be defined as new construction or as reconstruction
on seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the total building area."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 67R-310 be, and it is hereby,
amended by changing Condition No. 1 to read as follows:

site development standards of the "C-R" COMMERCIAL _PMCREATION ZONE
at the time the property is developed; provided, however, that de-
velopment shall be defined as new construction or as reconstruction
on seventy-five percent (75%) or more of the total building area."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent herein
amended, said Resolution No. 67R-310 shall remain in full force and
effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed y me this
23rd day of December, 1975.
