Hills, Inc. and Texaco Ventures, Inc., owners, was received,
a public hearing before the Planning commission of the City
of Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice as a result
of which Variance No. 2451 was denied, covering the follow-
ing described property;
All that certain real property in the Rancho Santiago
de Santa Filla, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, being that portion of the land
described in the deed to Anaheim Hills, Inc., a Cali-
fornia corporation, recorded July 28, 1971 as Instru-
ment No. 24876, in Book 9738, Page 562, et seq., of
Official Records, in the office of the County Recorder
of said County described as follows:

That said Variance be granted subject to the following conditions;
1. That this Variance is granted subject to the completion
of annexation proceedings on affected portions of subject
property, and the completion of Reclassification No.
71-72-44, now pending, and Tract No. 8075, Revision No.3.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with
the City of lillaheim marked Exhibit No.1, Revision No. Ii
provided, however, that final specific plans shall be
submitted and approved in accordance with the provisions
of the PC, Planned Community, Zone prior to the approval
of the final tract map.
BE IT FUR'l'iiER RESOLVED b'1at the city Council hereby
reserves the right to revoJze such Variance permit for good
cause or failure of said owner, their successors or assigns
to comply with the Anaheim Municipal Code and regulations and
the conditions herein. Said Variance is granted for the term
prescribed by the Anaheim ~1w1icipal Code unless otherwise speci-
fied herein.
