1975-610A RESOLUTIOIN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTION WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
582.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 582 to permit a service station on property described therein;
and
WHERE -AS, the property subject to said Conditional Use
Permit has never been developed; and
WHEREAS, the owners of the property have requested the
termination of said Conditional Use Permit No. 582; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that
need no longer exists for said Conditional Use Permit and it
should be terminated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Conditional Use Permit No. 582 be ter-
minated and Resolution No. 64R-534 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
