1976-391RESOLUTION NO. 76R- 391 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TEP14S AkSjD CONDITIONS OF All AGREEFENT WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE PERTAINING TO MATERIALS TESTING SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE 1-1AYOR AND CITY CLERK -TO -EXE- CUTE SAID AGREEMENT. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has heretofore determined to avail itself of certain -County of Orange services authorized by Section 51301of the California Government Code; and WHEREAS, City desires to have County perform, by its appropriate officers and employees, certain -materials testing services; and WHERE -AS, County, through its Environmental Management Agency, is willing and ready to render any and all such materials testing services to City in accordance with -the, terms, covenants, conditions and provisions of an agreement, which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim— E NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that.the terms and conditions of an agreement submitted herewith between the City of Anaheim and the County of Orange pertaining to materials testing services be, and the -same are, hereby approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute said ag:td-effe-fit-for --and —oii-be-hal-j3:-6f' the City of Anaheim.
