A RESOLUTION OF
GRANTOF ANAHEIM ACCEPTING A CERTAIN CORPORATION
D AND RECORDATION.
%WHEREAS, a certain corporation grant deed from Robert
H. Grant Corporation dedicating Lot 73 Tract 7569 in the City
of Anaheim for park purposes has been presented to the City of
Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, said corporation grant deed having been
determined to be correct in both form and substance, the City
Council finds that it is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim to accept said deed and to order its recordation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that that certain corporation grant deed
from Robert H. Grant Corporation dedicating Lot 73 Tract 7569
in the City of Anaheim for park purposes be, and it is hereby,
accepted by the City of Anaheim.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be,
and sheds hereby, authorized and directed to cause the fore-
going deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of Orange County.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 22nd day of June .,
