A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY AND FIXING A DATE FOR
HEARING THEREON.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
elected to proceed under the provisions of the Street Vacation
Act of 1971 and the Public Service Easement Vacation Law,
Title 5, Division 1, Part 1,Chapter 2, Article 5 of the Govern-
ment Code (Sec. 50430 et seq.) in connection with a request to
vacate and abandon a dedicated street, commonly known as La Palma
Circle, together with existing public utility easements located
at the north side of La Palma Avenue, west of West Street, in
the City of Anaheim, and more particularly hereinafter described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it hereby declares its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public use said dedicated street,
commonly known as La Palma Circle, together with existing pub-
lic utility easements located at the north side of La Palma
Avenue, west of West Street, and more particularly described as
follows, to wit:
Those certain public street and public utility ease-
ments located in the City of Anaheim, County of
Orange, State of California, to be abandoned, de-
scribed as follows:
Parcel One: La Palma Circle as shown on the map of
Tract o.^`1691, as per map recorded in Book 52,
pages 18 and 19, Miscellaneous Maps, records of said
Orange County.
Excepting therefrom any portion thereof lying south-
erly of a line parallel with and 53.00 feet northerly
of the centerline of La Palma Avenue.
Parcel Two: Those portions of the existing public
ut, ity easements located in Tract No. 1691, as per
map recorded in Book 52, pages 18 and 19, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said Orange County, to be
abandoned, described as follows:
The Southeasterly 5 feet of Lots 34 through 37.
Except the Easterly 25 feet of Lot 37. The North-
westerly 5 feet of Lots 50 and 51. Except the West-
erly 10 feet of Lot 51.
All as shown on the map of said Tract No. 1691.
and it elects to proceed under the provisions of the Street
Vacation Act of 1971 and the Public Service Easement Vacation
Law, Title 5, Division 1, Part 1, Chapter 2, Article 5 of the
Government Code (Sec. 50430 et seq.).

EE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a time and place for
hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed
,vacation and abandonment has been fixed on the 6th day of
July , 1976 at 2:30 o'clock F.N. in t o ouncil
am er I t e City Hall in the City of Anaheim..
AND BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall
certify to the passage of this resolution and shall cause the
same to be published in a manner prescribed by law in the
Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed,
published and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by
