RESOLUTIONS NO. 76R- 309
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
ESTABLISHING RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR JOB CLASSES REPRE-
SENTED BY THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION,
GENERAL EMPLOYEES UNIT, AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS NO.
75R-105, 75R-284, AND 76R-32, AND SUPERSEDING PORTIONS
OF RESOLUTIONS NO. 76-R-519, AND 76R-105 AS THEY RELATE TO
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION GENERAL UNIT
CLASSIFICATIONS.
WHEREAS, an impartial third party fact finder has submitted recom-
mendations regarding wages for employees in job classifications represented
by the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Employees Unit,
effective October 17, 1975, and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to repeal Resolutions
No. 75R-105, 75R-284, and 76R-32, and supersede portions of Resolutions
No. 74R-519, and 76R-105 as the classes specified, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of AnaheimTdoes find that
establishing new rates of compensation for these classificiations is in the
best interests of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim, as follows:
Section 1.
That the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees of
the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed
in any of the classifications listed below, shall be allocated to salary
schedules as follows:

The letter "X" preceding a schedule number indicates that employees
working in that job class are exempt from overtime provisions, as provided in
Personnel Rule 6.04, Premium Pay. The letter "U" preceding a schedule number
indicates that employees upgraded to that job class shall be paid premium pay
as provided in Personnel Rule 6.41, Premium Pay. The letter "S" preceding a
schedule number indicates that employees in that job class shall be eligible
for consideration for merit pay increases as provided in Personnel Rule 4.17,

Section 4.
The provisions of this resolution shall repeal Resolutions No. 75R-105,
75R-284, and 76R-32 and supersede portions of Resolutions No. 74R-519 and
76R-105, Except as herein superseded Resolution No. 74R-519 shall remain in
full force and effect.

The letter "X" preceding a schedule number indicates that employees
working in that job class are exempt from overtime provisions, as provided in
Personnel Rule 6.04, Premium Pay. The letter "U" preceding a schedule number
indicates that employees upgraded to that job class shall be paid premium pay
as provided in Personnel Rule 6.41, Premium Pay. The letter "S" preceding a
schedule number indicates that employees in that job class shall be eligible
for consideration for merit pay increases as provided in Personnel Rule 4.17,
Appropriate Salary Step.
The regular hourly rate of pay and overtime compensation for employees
working in job classes listed in Section 1 of this Resolution shall be computed
as provided in Personnel Rule 5, Hours of Work and Pay Day, and Personnel Rule 6,
Premium Pay.
Section 4.
The provisions of this resolution shall repeal Resolutions No. 75R-105,
75R-284, and 76R-32 and supersede portions of Resolutions No. 74R-519 and

Section 5.
The effective date of this Resolution shall be the 17th
day of October, 1975.
