WHEREAS, after a request for variance by Everett 11. and Elma I . ltliller, owners; John B. Holland, agent, was receiveU5, a public hearing before the Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim was held upon due and Proper notice, a result of which Variance No. 2788 was granted, covering the following described property: The South 200.00 feet of the West 200.00 feet of the Southwest cuarter of the Southwest cfuarter of Section 17, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Covotes, City of Anahei_ni, County of Orange,, State of Caiifornia, as said section is indicated on a map re- corded in Book 51 Page 10 of ixiiscellaneous.7,4aps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said county.
