CH~E DATE FOR RECEIVING BIDS FOR WATER
REVENUE BONDSt 1990 SERIES
WHEREAS, this City Council has heretofore adopted
Resolution No. 90R-238 (the "Prior Resolution") authorizing the
invitation of bids for the purchase of $9,000,000 Water Revenue
Bonds, 1990 Series, such bids to be received at the time and place
provided for in the Notice Inviting Bids;
WHEREAS, this City Council desires to change the date for
receipt of bids for said Bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Anaheim,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETE~INE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. The Prior Resolution is hereby amended to
provide that sealed bids for the purchase of $9,000,000 Water
Revenue Bonds, 1990 Series, shall be received at 9:00 A.M., Anaheim
time, on Tuesday, August 14, 1990 (or such later date as shall be
determined by the Public Utilities General Manager).
SECTION 2. The City Clerk and the Public Utilities
General Manager are hereby authorized and directed to publish and
distribute all revised public notices, Notices Inviting Bids,
Official Bid Forms and other documents as shall be necessary or
appropriate to so amend the date for receipt of such bids.
