RESOLUTION NO. 73~-15
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM DENYING CONpITIONAL USE
PERMIT NO. 1360
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive a request for a Conditional Use Permit from
DAVID DOERING to establish a cocktail lounge in an existing
commercial structure on the followin% described property:
Lots 19, 20, 21, and 22 of Bloc~ 3, Summerfield and
Openheimers Subdivision as recotded in Book 19, page 44,
Miscellaneous Records on file i~ the Office of the
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
AND WHEREAS, the City P1ann~ng Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in t~e City of Anaheim upon
said request on Dece~ 21. 1974s-r~ notices of which
said public hearing were u y given s required by law and the
provisions of Title 18, Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municipal
Code; and

WHEREAS, said Commission, a~ter due inspection, in-
vestigation and studies made by itse~f and in its behalf and
after due consideration of all evide~ce and reports offered at
said hearing, did adopt its Resolutidn No. PC72-328 ....
denvinq Conditional Use Permit No. J.30U.
; and
WHEREAS, thereafter, within twenty-two (22) days from
the date of the adoption of said resolution, a written appeal
was filed with the City Council protesting the action of the
City Planning Commission in denyina said Conditional
Use Permit and said appeal was set fo~ public hearing on

January 16 , 1973 , at the City Hall, in the City
Anaheim, and notices of such publ~c hearing were duly given
required by law and the provision$ of Title l8, Chapter 18.76
the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did duly h~ld and conduct such hearing
and did give all persons interested ~herein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and r~ports; and
WHEREAS, the City Council 40es find, after careful
consideration of the recommendations ,of the City Planning
Commission and all evidence and repo~ts offered at said hearing,
that Conditional Use Permit No. l36q should be denied.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
t~e ~ity of Anaheim that the action of the City Planning Com-
m~ss~on denying Conditional Use Permit No. 1360 be,
and the same is hereby sustained , and that the request of
