A RESOLUTION OF i1HE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANIAHEIIH GRANTING, IN PART, VhRIAACE 130.

WTI-EREAS, after a reruest for variance by Francis W.
Elliott and Bank of America, owners; Keystone Savings and Loan,
agent, was received, a hearing before the Planning Commission of
.he City of Anaheim was held upon due and proper notice, a result
of which Variance No. 2833 was granted, in mart, covering the
following described property:
The Lana referred to in this report is situated in
the State of California, County of Orange, and is
described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2 of Tract No. 2481, in the City of Ana-
heim, County of Orange, State of California, as per
map recorded in book 72, page 29 of iliscellaneous
Naps, in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
.tiHERE'AS, thereafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party or the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said Planning Cosrsaission action at a public hearing
noticed and held as prescribed by law and, as a result thereof,
the City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. That there are special circumstances applicable to the
property, including size, shape, topography, location or surround-
ings, which do not apply to other property under identical zoning
classification in the vicinity.
2. That, because of special circumstances shown iT' (1)
above, strict application of the zoning code deprives the Property
of privileges enjoyed by other property under identical zoning
classification in the vicinity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Citi?. Council of
the City of Anaheim, that a conditional zoning variance be, and
the same is hereby, granted permitting the constructidn-of four--

our'(E) fourplexes on the property hereinbefore described witliv7aiver
of -the following section of the Anaheim Municipal Code:
SECTION 18.34.061.020 - -,linimum buildinu site width.
(70 feet required; 60 feet
and 63 feet proposed)
That said variance be granted subject to the following conditions:
1. That this variance is granted subject to the completion
of Reclassification No. 76-77-10, now pending.
2. That subject property shall be developed substantially
in accordance with plans and specifications on file with the City
of Anaheim marked Revision No. 1 of Exhibit Nos. 1 through 6, and.
Exhibit No. 7.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Council hereby re-
serves the right to revoke such variance permit for good cause or
failure of said owners, their heirs, successors or assigns to comply
with the Anaheii�i Mija+icipal Code and regulations and the conditions
herein. Said variance is granted for the term prescribed by the
Anaheim Municipal Code unless otherwise specified herein.
