A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
7lR-2l4 IN RECLASSIFICATION NO. 70-71-40
BY AMENDING CERTAIN CONDITIONS THEREIN.
WHEREAS, on the 25th day of May, 1971, the City
Council of the City of Anaheim did hold a duly noticed
public hearing on Reclassification No. 70-7l-40~ and
WHEREAS, at said hearing the City Council did
grant applicant's request to rezone the property, legally
described therein, to C-l, General Commercial Zone subject
to certain conditions therein contained~ and
WHEREAS, at the request of the applicant, the City
has determined that Conditions Nos. 3 and 9b should be~nded
to read as follows:
3. That in lieu of payment of the normally re-
quired street tree planting fee, the OWDer(s) of subject
property shall plant at least the equilValent number of trees
on his privat, property at a minimum horizontal di.stance of
7 feet from ~e abutting street right-of-way. Said trees
shall also be.1 planted in the drainage easement area (except-
ing in the channel itself) along Nohl Ranch Road along with
other appropriate landscaping, and the owner(s) of sUbject
property shall submit to the City Attorney an agreement to
aaintain all landscaping within said drainage easement.
9b. That minimum 30-inch high decorative masonry
walls shall be constructed behind the required setback at the
entry drives from abutting public streets ~ provided that an
encroachment permit shall first be obtained to permit any
such walls with the drainage easement along Nohl Ranch Road.
NOW I THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim that Conditions Nos. 3 and 9b of Resolution
71R-2l4 in Reclassification proceeding No. 70-71-40 be, and the
same are hereby amended to read as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as hereby expressly
amended, Resolution No. 7lR-214 shall remain in full force and
effect.
