of the City of Anaheim that it hereb declares its intention to
vacate, abandon and close to public se that certain roadway
reservation located south of Katellai Avenue, east of State
College Boulevard, in the City of An~eim, for public utility
purposes, as it may relate to the fo~lowing described property:

the City of Anaheim, County of prange, State of Cali-
fornia, to be abandoned being ~e southerly 15 feet
of that portion of Lots 4 and 5i in Tract No. 71, as
shown on a map recorded in Booki 10, page 22, Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of said O~ange County, described
as follows:

Beginning at the point on the sputh line of the land
conveyed to Maurice E. Bivens, py deed recorded June
17, 1927 in Book 62, page 45, OlfficialRecords, dis-
tant S 890 59' 15" E, 748.00 fe~t from the southwest
corner of said land (said southflest corner being on
the centerline of the 60-foot rpad, now known as
Placentia Avenue, along the weslt:erly line of said Lots
4 and 5); thence from said poinit of beginning N O. 08'
0011 W parallel with the westerltf line of said Lots 4
and 5, a distance of 595.06 feelt: to the centerline of
Katella Avenue, 60 feet wide, a~ described in decree
of condemnation recorded July 8i, 1960 in Book 5321,
page 397, Official Records; thepce Southwesterly along
said centerline along the arc of a curve concave north-
westerly and having a radius of 1,000.00 feet from a
tangent which bears S 700 38' 2:8" W through a central
angle of 180 17' 32lt, a distance of 319.26 feet to the

markers and necessary fixtures and appurtenances.
