AND WHEREAS, the City Planling Commission did hold a
public hearing at the City Hall in t e City of Anaheim upon said
application on March 5, 1973, notice. of which said public hearing
were duly given as required by law a d the provisions of Title 18,
Chapter 18.76 of the Anaheim Municip 1 Code; and
2. The proposed use will not ~dversely affect the
adjoining land uses and th~ growth and development
of the area in which it is! proposed to be located.

The size and shape of the ~ite proposed for the
use is adequate to allow ~e full development of
the proposed use in a mann~r not detrimental to the
particular area nor to the I peace, health and safety
and general welfare.
4. The traffic generated by ~e proposed use will not
impose an undue burden upo~ the streets and high-

ways designed and improve~ to carry the traffic in
the area.

The granting of the condit~'onal use permit under
the conditions imposed wil not be detrimental
to the peace, health, safe y and general welfare
of the citizens of the Cit of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO VED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the action f the City Planning Commis-
sion granting said conditional use p rmit be, and the same is
hereby sustained, and that Condition 1 Use Permit No. 1375 be,
and the same is hereby, granted perm tting the construction of a
seven-story addition to an existing ospital and to establish
specialty shops on the ground floor f the aforedescribed
property with waivers of the fOllowi*g Anaheim Municipal Code
requirements or limitations:

That said conditional use permit be g~anted subject to the fOllow-
ing conditions:
1. That this conditional pse permit is granted sub-
ject to the completion of Reclassification No. 72-73-34 now
pending.

2. That subject property ~hall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with plans and sfecifications on file with
the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit No~ 1, Revision NO.1, 2, 3,
4, 5, 6 and 7, provided, however, that landscaped setbacks adja-
cent to R-l Zone property shall be in accordance with the site
development standards of the C-O, Commercial Office Zone.
The City Council hereby res$rves the right to revoke
such Conditional Use Permit for good ~ause or failure of said
owner, its successors or assigns, to ~omply with the Anaheim
Municipal Code and regulations and th$ conditions therein.
